Epoxy Clay for Lugged Parts

The epoxy clay is an easy to form and shape material which hardens to become a structural component to the frame. The Orthowrap is still used underneath but less of it can be used if applying this as a top coat. Please click the images for larger versions. A lot of combinations of shaping including "pattern imprinting" could be used to create a more unique result. Here in these images the material has been smoothed over mostly by hand and will be sanded before a clear finish is applied.  https://www.instagram.com/bamboobikebuild/
